At UberSkin we offer you the most advanced laser tattoo removal system renowned for it's fast, effective and consistent results. PicoSure has taken the laser tattoo removal industry by storm.
PicoSure’s patented PressureWave(TM) tecnnology breaks up your ink into smaller particles which facilitates your body’s natural ability to eliminate the ink.
More ink is removed which means greater clearance with each appointment.
More Comfortable, No Injury to surrounding tissue and Faster Recovery, because no heat is distributed into the soft tissue unlike older lasers, which only use heat to break up your ink.
Far fewer appointments – 6-8 sessions compared to 15 or more with older lasers.
Effectively removes previously difficult colours like blues and greens.
Very effective on recalcitrant tattoos (resistant tattoos that had 10 or more laser sessions, with residual ink is still visible) – our new Boost Button works on even the most stubborn tattoos.

PicoSure is made by Cynosure, the trusted name in medical laser technology.
Doing a patch test, is a simple way of understanding whether a setting is right or too high or too low. If the setting is too low, then your treatment will not be effective. If it is too high, then you could have an adverse reaction.
Ultimately your safety is paramount. We want you to feel confident having the treatment. So doing a patch test is the simplest way of finding out the best setting to achieve the best results with your chosen treatment, therefore providing you with the best value for money.
Thus far we have had very good results with recalcitrant or resistant tattoos and tattoos that have reached a plateau.
Some patients who had 20 sessions with Q-switch, have seen results after just one treatment with PicoSure.
Our clients have said they feel a slight stinging sensation while the laser flashes over the tattoo. This stinging is more comfortable than actually having a tattoo.
One of our clients who had 15 sessions with Q-swich said that PicoSure had significant difference when compared
"This is a breeze compared to Q-switch!"
We use the Zimmer cooler before and during the treatment and find patients are most comfortable with this method.
It’s rare that a tattoo is completely removed after one session. Amateur tattoos might take 2-3 sessions to remove. Most professional tattoos clear after approximately 6 sessions with PicoSure, compared to 15 sessions with older Q-switched lasers.
PicoSure breaks down your tattoo ink into the tiniest of particles. This means more ink is broken down in one treatment session, which leads to greater clearance and thus fewer appointments. Once the ink is gone, its gone.
Your skin will have a frosty look after the laser went over your tattoo. You will see fading over the following weeks.
Your body is programmed to self-heal. You will find the area scabbing over as it heals. Sometimes you can have blistering, which is part of the healing process.
You don’t need antiseptic cream or ointment as your skin stays in tact with PicoSure. We provide full after care instructions on how to look after your skin to aid the best possible healing.
Picosure is not suitable tattoo removal for skin types V & VI, which represents dark brown & black skin types.
We recommend 6-8 weeks in between treatments to get the full benefit of each treatment session.
Absolutely!! We only remove the ink you want us to remove. Its your choice.
No. There is a good chance that the area will turn black with laser treatment.
